Wheat flour, fine wheat flour, flour and potato flakes 7%: [potatoes, emulsifying agent, mono and diglycerides of edible fatty acids, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bisulphite, spices, anti-oxidant citric acid, ascorbyl palminate], skimmed milk powder, malted grain flour, l-ascorbic acid, water, yeast, salt, seed oil, vegetable oils and fats, dextrose, extra virgin olive oil 8%, sugar, emulsifying agent E471, acidity corrector E330, preservative: E202, E282. 

Packed in protective atmosphere.
 

 

Serving advice
 

Add a little salt and pepper to extra virgin olive oil, spread over the top of the base with a hand, and add rosemary or raw onion rings to taste.
To savour at its best, heat in an oven at 285° with bottom at lowest and top at highest setting / with pan closer to the bottom than to the top of the oven (6 bottom – 4 top / distance from bottom 6 distance from top 4) for about 8 minutes.
